Rentals

Flat rental rates and some packages available / plus tax and delivery. (Delivery includes drop-off and pick-up at assigned times!  Set-up, breakdown and styling of any sort are additional charges, please ask for a quote when inquiring). Choose to rent some or all your wedding décor including ceremony pews, arches, backdrops, tables, chairs, tabletop china, glassware, bars, lounge furniture, windows, mirrors, shutters, doors, and Lighting.   Visit one of our showroom locations to pick and choose.  Schedule delivery and enjoy your wedding. 

Styling

Choose from our vast inventory of props and accessories, furniture and lighting, tables and chairs and then let Vintage by Design STYLE your wedding perfectly.  Service includes 1-hour free consultation to determine scope and size of the project.   Minimum on-site is 3 hours @ $175 per hour per stylist.  The number of stylist pre-determined.

Day Of Coordination

Call for Quote, +  20% off all VBD Rentals in-stock at time of booking ($1500.00 minimum in rentals to apply discount)

Choose your rentals and then have Vintage Affairs oversee your whole day (including styling of your event).   A 30-day contract includes the following:

  • 1 in person, on-site venue visits with Bride and Groom to walk through the event
  • 1 in person at Vintage Affairs with Bride and Groom to review all information
  • Management of all vendors outside Vintage Affairs
  • Master contact sheet created and distributed to all vendors 15 days out
  • Master load-in and load-out plan for all vendors, coordinated with your venue.
  • 10 hours of on-site service by Vintage Affairs team member
  • The styling of all your rental items from Vintage for all aspects of the day
  • Emergency day of contact for all vendors and Bridal Party
  • Final walk thru with a venue to ensure all is clean and tidy

NOTE: Rehearsal day can be added for four hours to attend and manage

rehearsal process and oversee rehearsal dinner.

Add an additional $475 for this service.  

Full-Service Planning

Choose Vintage Affairs to oversee all aspects of your wedding from design to the couple send off.  This is a multi-month/year contract depending on when services begin.   Most couples will want to begin their planning 1 year out.   This contract includes all of the Day of Coordination services & Styling plus the following:

 Design

  • Starts with the Invite and goes through the Bride and Groom Send-Off

 Décor -

Vintage By Design, LLC

  • You will be able to choose from our vast collection with 35% off your rentals (VINTAGE OWNED RENTALS ONLY) and free delivery at $350+ value.

             NOTE: Rentals must value $2500 for discount  to apply.

Budget

  • Work with Bride and Groom and family to create an accurate budget and stick to it. Identify and educate on hidden cost within the industry and how to avoid pitfalls.
  • Track expenses, contract deposits and final payments for all vendors
  • Provide bi-monthly updates when 12+ months out
  • Provide monthly updates 6 months out thru wedding day

Venue recommendations and selection

  • Paper / Web presentation of venues
  • Appointments to view venues
    • Review of contract and rules and regulations prior to couple signing contract.
    • Full design and layout of venue once décor pieces are chosen

Additional Vendor Selection / Management

As necessary to your wedding, includes two bids from competitive companies in addition to our Vintage Affairs Preferred vendor list

  • Custom RFP created for each type of vendor based on Bride and Groom wishes and needs
  • Review of all proposals and contracts for each vendor
  • Contracts presented to the client for final selection
  • Final contract review, present to client for signature/deposit
  • Notification to non-awarded vendors
  • Tracking of contract from start to finish including all payments

NOTES:

We offer our Full-Service Planning on a flat fee base., pre-determined after an initial interview.    The flat fee includes 1 event producer and 1 assistant for the duration of project and day of.   Additional charges apply for additional staff, as determined in your final walk thru. 

ALL INDUSTRY DISCOUNTS ARE passed directly to you from our partner vendors when we received them.  Additional charges for services are discussed prior to adding them to contract.
